Yes. Every Bloomhier artwork is unique — shaped individually, with its own texture, tone, and quiet character. No two will ever be exactly the same.
Where do you ship from and to?
All artworks are shipped directly from my studio in Germany via DHL.
Bloomhier currently ships across Germany, Europe, the USA, and other international destinations.

All orders ship safely from Germany via DHL. Shipping is calculated exactly at checkout based on your location — usually €5–€7 within Germany, €10–€15 across Europe, and €20–€30 for the USA and other international destinations.
Every parcel is securely packed and includes tracking for peace of mind.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Each piece is carefully packed, but if anything happens during delivery, please reach out within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
I’ll gladly repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation.
Can I return or exchange an artwork?
Because each piece is one-of-a-kind and handcrafted, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
However, I always aim for fairness and will do my best to help if there’s ever a concern.
